Customers: T-Mobile & Ericsson MODs/LTE Project; full End-to End activity Management over   U1900/U2100, LTE and L700 in Florida Market. This included successful field implementation for Ericsson VPW role out with 100% of sights acceptance & zero defects. These were both active projects that in my efforts, was able to safely maintain current build schedules to meet Customer demands while decreasing 1.3 million dollars in revenue backlog in May by 40%. This project was 300+ site build  from inception 2014, while in this role for 2015, 60 site had been issued and completed utilizing  4 internal crews, 2 subcontract disciplines,  and 2 Construction Managers.

Manager of Vendor Governance:   Reduced the overall vendor count from 1600 to 450 crucial vendors. Developed a written procedure for employee’s to follow for vendor on-boarding requirements based on type services provided. Worked with Mycom IT department on integration of new data base into Net Suite software to analyze and trend Vendors for contractual compliance.  With the assistance of Mycom lawyers created new Frame Agreements for 2015 implementation.

While in this role Mycom underwent a successful re-certification audit in March of 2014 under all categories: 7.1.1 Installation, 7.1.2 Provisioning, 7.2.1.2 Mobile Networking and 7.8.2 Contract Staffing.

·         Attended weekly and by-weekly meetings with TL9000 Coaches and Senior Management to communicate and provide support regarding the QMS and TL9 standards, obtain feedback on effectiveness of active Policies & Procedures and amend as needed in an effort to continually improve.
